Local/Deliveries across Australia
Free standard delivery is a service provided by Saint Rule using Australia Post. The time frame for this service is between 3-10 business days, depending on your location across Australia. Please allow the latter end of the time guide for more regional locations. All tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
If you require express shipping, this additional service is at the cost of the customer and a flat rate of $15 AUD will be applied. Please select express shipping at the checkout. All tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation. The time frame for express shipping is 2-3 business days, from the time of order fulfilment to delivery.
Global Deliveries
Free standard international delivery is a service provided by Saint Rule using DHL. For international delivery locations, please refer to the DHL website guide, or alternatively, contact us at enquiries@saintrule.com. If DHL is unable to deliver to your location, Saint Rule will organise a private courier. Depending upon the cost of the courier service, Saint Rule may reserve the right to charge you, in part, for this service. Confirmation of a possible courier service charge will be provided to the customer prior to the order being finalised, in order to confirm if the customer wishes to proceed with or terminate the order.
All tracking information will be provided at the time of order confirmation. The time frame for this service will be 7-14 business days, from the time of placement of the order to delivery.

Please note
- Time frames provided are guidelines only. Saint Rule cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery, as the time frames stated above are a guideline provided by the postal services.
- Saint Rule endeavours to fulfil orders within 48 hours, in busy times eg Christmas or promotions please allow extra time for this. A member of staff can advise you on time estimations if required.
- Once your order has been despatched, Saint Rule cannot alter any delivery information. This must be undertaken by the customer with the service provider, using the tracking information provided.
- Custom policies vary from country to country. With this in mind, your purchase may be subject to overseas custom duties and/or other taxes. If such costs do occur, they are payable by the recipient. To minimise any unwanted surprise costs, please check with your local customs office for further information prior to finalising your purchase.
