Caring for your lingerie

Your lingerie is a very delicate item and should be treated with care to ensure the longevity of the garment. 

Saint Rule recommends that all our lingerie and loungewear garments are hand wash only. 

Please follow these simple steps in caring for you lingerie garments: 

1. Fill your hand wash tub or laundry sink with mild to cool water and the instructed amount of “delicates” soap
2. Soak your garments for a few minutes, separating the colours
3. Gently knead the garments, lightly working in the “delicates” soap
4. Let the garments soak for another few minutes
5. Rinse thoroughly 
6. Lightly press the water from the fabrics with towel 
7. Ensure the garment is lightly pulled back into the original shape
8. Allow to dry in a flat shaded place
9. Store the lingerie garments in your Saint Rule lingerie bag

Saint Rule will not accept returns of garments that have been incorrectly cared for, as that is neither a fault nor a reflection of the quality of craftsmanship, but an inability to care for the garments correctly.
