Exchanges

At Saint Rule we want you to love your new lingerie and be completely satisfied with your purchases. 

We understand that sometimes fits across different brands may differ slightly.  We do have size guides available for all items, and our customer service team is always available to assist with any sizing queries at enquiries@saintrule.com. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we can offer an exchange in size or for an item of equal value within the same collection.

 An exchange can be provided providing the following criteria are met:

  • Contact must be made with the Saint Rule Customer Service Team at enquiries@saintrule.com and the return post process commenced within 7 days of receipt of your order. For international customers, some discretion on this time frame may be considered due to postage times, although communication must be made with the Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt of your order outlining the need for further action.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Goods must be unused, unwashed and in perfect saleable condition with all original tags attached.

Please ensure you wear underwear when trying on your lingerie, as due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returned items that have been worn or are in a soiled condition.

  • The postage cost of the return/exchange is the responsibility of the customer, and items are to be sent back using a trackable method of shipment.

Please note

All items returned for exchange will be thoroughly checked by the Saint Rule head office team.  If the item does not meet the criteria outlined above, the return will be denied.  Saint Rule reserves the right to cancel any exchange process if the outlined criteria are not met.  

Faulty Items

We do not offer returns for change of mind after purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the garments are deemed “faulty”.  We take the utmost care in our manufacturing and quality control, and are proud of the quality of our products.  However, if you identify a fault with your purchase, please contact enquiries@saintrule.com immediately, supplying an image and description of the faulty product, together with your original order number.

A return of address will be provided to you by our customer service team, but can also be found in the “Contact” section of this website. 

A description of how to care for your Saint Rule lingerie is provided on this website; additionally, care labels are sewn into every garment.  Therefore, returns will not be accepted if the garment has not been cared for correctly. 

Please Note

All exchanges are subject to size availability.  If the desired size is not available, you are welcome to exchange the item for something of equal value within the same collection.  Unavailable sizes in exchanges are not grounds for a return, as the items are not deemed faulty.
